Medical examiner: Cause of student's post-prom death 'undetermined'

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Harris County Medical Examiner's Office is now listing a McArthur High School student's cause of death as undetermined.

Jacqueline Gomez was found dead in a north Houston hotel the night after the MacArthur prom. Her date found her dead.

Police say alcohol and prescription pills were found in the room.
