Investigation underway into drowning death of 2-year-old in Hockley, HCSO says

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- An investigation is underway following a 2-year-old's drowning death in Hockley Sunday afternoon, authorities said.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a call was made at about 12:13 p.m. regarding a drowning in the 31900 block of Dunham Lake Drive.

The toddler was confirmed dead at the scene, authorities said.
