
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A former Houston restaurant employee is facing a year in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of invasive visual recording, court records show.
Bayson Elias Pu, 31, was arrested and charged on New Year's Eve with a felony charge of invasive visual recording. On Friday, Eyewitness News obtained court documents reflecting his guilty plea and a one-year jail sentence.

Last year, two videos were discovered from a hidden camera inside the bathroom of the Lupe Tortilla near the Katy Freeway and Echo Lane, according to court records.
Court records alleged the cameras had two videos showing a woman and a child in some form of undress.
Investigators said Pu worked as a dishwasher at the Lupe Tortilla. A spokesperson for the restaurant previously told Eyewitness News they were cooperating with the investigation.
