Donkey rescued from flood gives birth

BURGAW, NC -- A momma donkey rescued from flood waters in Pender County has given birth, and it's a girl!

The Pender County Animal Shelter says it has named the baby "Mattie" for Hurricane Matthew.

Both mom and baby are doing well.
