Debbie Wasserman Schultz will not gavel in DNC, reports ABC News

PHILADELPHIA, PA (KTRK) -- Outgoing DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz will not gavel the convention, an official has told ABC News.
Earlier she told the a Florida newspaper she will not gavel.
Wasserman Schultz will be replaced by Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, the mayor of Baltimore.
