Channelview ISD teacher fired after alleged inappropriate conduct with student, district says

CHANNELVIEW, Texas (KTRK) -- A Channelview Independent School District teacher has been fired following allegations of inappropriate conduct with a student, the school district said.

According to a district statement, the alleged incident occurred at Alice Johnson Jr. High School, and an investigation as been launched into the allegations against the former teacher.

Administrators said that they are unable to release further information due to the ongoing investigation.
