HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A shooting left three men injured in Houston's northside on Wednesday night, according to police.

Houston Police Department officers responded to the shooting at a convenience store on West Little York near Green Meadow Lane at about 11:40 p.m.

When they arrived, officers said they found three victims who had been shot. Two of them were hit in the leg and taken to the hospital, and the third was grazed by a bullet and treated at the scene, HPD said.

"At this time, the only information we have is the victims, all between ages of 18 and 20, were here at the convenience store when a red, possibly a Kia, drove by and fired multiple shots, striking the three victims," HPD Lt. J.P. Horelica said.

The motive for the shooting is unclear.

Anyone with information on this case is urged to call HPD at 713-308-8800 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
