2 arrested in identity theft scheme targeting local bank

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Harris County investigators are asking you to take a good look at your bank account to make sure you haven't been the victim of identity theft.

In a news conference Wednesday morning investigators said they have so far arrested two men and are searching for another accomplice in an alleged scheme targeting a Wells Fargo customer.

Investigators say bank employees alerted them after they received an identification that didn't look valid.
