Pit bull owner turns in 12 dogs after ABC-13 report

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A pit bull owner has turned in all 12 dogs that were in ownership limbo to BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions, Eyewitness News has learned.

This afternoon, Tracy Clemons reported the dogs are now being evaluated at the facility.

There are nine puppies around a month old, two older puppies, and their mom. An East Houston tenant claims his landlord left him with the dogs to care for.
