HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A massage therapist is accused of sexual assault after allegedly touching one of his customers inappropriately.

Jamie Alfredo Delacruz, 23, is accused of sexual assault of an adult. According to investigators, he was working as a massage therapist at a Massage Envy on 12246 FM 1960 West back on January 22.

According to court documents, Delacruz was giving a message to a client, who asked him to work on her lower back and backside.

According to the victim, Delacruz began the massage, but then put his hand into her underwear and touched her inappropriately.

The woman said she was too afraid to confront him after the massage. After speaking with her husband, she reported it the next day.

Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office spoke to the owner of the business, who confronted Delacruz. Delacruz reportedly denied the allegations. He was then suspended pending the investigation's outcome.

Investigators then spoke to Delacruz, who again denied the allegations and agreed to take a polygraph test.

Court documents say when Delacruz went to take the test, the person administering the polygraph said Delacruz admitted that he did touch the victim inappropriately.

An investigator then entered and spoke to Delacruz, who admitted it again. He said once he was doing it, he realized it wasn't right and stopped. He said he apologized to the victim.

Delacruz's bail was set at $30,000.
