Employees evacuated from chemical plant

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Houston Fire Department is on the scene of a chemical plant in the ship channel.

The chemical plant, Angelica Textiles, is located at Old Clinton Rd. and Lathrop Street in east Houston.

The employees were evacuated due to a suspected fire.
