"Shark Tank" star and tech billionaire, Mark Cuban, just made Donald Trump an offer he might not want to refuse. Cuban is offering to give Trump $10 million in exchange for a four-hour interview. Cuban, who opposes Trump's candidacy for president, made the offer on Twitter. Cuban said he would cut a check to Trump's charity of choice or Trump could keep the $10 million for his own use.

However, the offer does come with some ground rules which include Trump focusing on "the details and facts" of his policies and Trump can't mention the Clintons.

The Dallas Mavericks owner promised that the interview would be conducted by him along with a broadcast crew and Trump could not have anyone else present.

Cuban also gave Trump an "option" to keep the check for himself.

Cuban ended his offer by asking Trump what he had to lose by agreeing to the interview.

Trump has not responded to Cuban's invitation.
