Woman files rush hour lawsuit
The plaintiff says she was fired out of retaliation

CHERRY HILLS, NJ (KTRK) -- A woman in New Jersey is now suing her former employer, all over rush-hour traffic.

You know sitting in traffic can be a tough situation. Andrea Degerolamo filed the federal lawsuit. She claims heavy traffic makes her anxious and she asked her employer, Fulton Financial, to change her schedule.

She asked to come in after morning the rush-hour, then leave before evening rush hour.

She claims the company changed her schedule for a little while because a doctor recommended it. Later, she says she was fired as retaliation.

The company isn't commenting.
