BAYVILLE, NJ -- A rather ghoulish and bloody Halloween video was made by a teenager and is going viral.

It has received tens of millions of hits, but that's not the story that matters.

What matters is this remarkable young man, born without legs, and with just one arm, is making a difference and doing it with a ton of heart.

"It was pretty late at night, it was like 11 or 10, spooky, you know," said Nick Santonastasso, a YouTube star.

Nick Santonastasso just knew his new video was going to turn out great.

"In the first scene I'm yelling for help, and in my head, I'm like, 'Are they really not going to help me?'" Santonastasso said.

Um, no, they're not going to help.

The two and a half minute video he and a YouTube artist named Vitaly made for Halloween, has already been seen by 25 million people. Not bad for an 18-year-old kid who was born without legs and only one arm.

"I was born with Hanharts Syndrome," Santonastasso said.

Hanharts can either affect your limbs, as it did with Santonastasso, or your organs, which always leads to death, so he says he feels fortunate.

"In this case it was just missing limbs, I'm 100% healthy, so I'm blessed to be here," Santonastasso said.

So blessed, he's using what some see as a disability, to make these lucrative short movies. First, by himself on the Vine app and now, with Vitaly.

"This year, he wanted to go all out and he contacted me and he said we could make it real, we could make it sweet, and I was like, 'Let's do this,'" Santonastasso said.

Shot in a parking garage in Los Angeles just a week ago, and posted just Thursday, Santonastasso poses as a man who was attacked by a madman with a chainsaw. The people reacting don't know it's a movie.

So what's next for Nick? Well it turns out, who knew; you could make a living doing this sort of thing. They're called prank videos and Nick has already made a few of them and made some money doing it. So, he's moving to Hollywood.

And he knows, people will be watching.

"If there's a message that I want to tell people, it's that anything is possible, you have so much potential if life if you are disabled, or even if you aren't disabled," Santonastasso said.
