VIRAL LISTING: Dinosaur helps realtor sell home

GRANBURY, Texas (KTRK) -- A home listing in Granbury, Texas, has gone viral thanks to some help from a tyrannosaurus.

Realtor Casey Lewis decided to spice up the listing for the $89,000 2 bedroom, 1 bath lake house listing by having someone in an inflatable T-rex costume walk around the home doing various activities.

Lewis says the listing has been viewed over 10 million times from across the world.

A sale is currently pending on the house, so it looks like the dino did its job.
