Easter egg salad recipe that's sure to please your guests

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- If your house is full of leftover Easter eggs, why not put them to use? Check out this popular Houston egg salad recipe from chef Trese Biggerstaff of Dacapo's Cafe.

Ingredients:

• 15 large eggs (boiled)
• 3 tsp mayonnaise
• 2 tsp dijon
• 1 tsp honey mustard
• 3/4 tsp curry
• 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
• 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Once mixed, spread over bread, scoop into an avocado or just enjoy plain!
