Rosenberg resident has won $1 million from Lucky Rudy's

ROSENBERG, Texas (KTRK) -- The Texas Lottery announced that a Rosenberg resident has won $1 million from a scratch-off ticket.

The newest millionaire purchased the ticket from Lucky Rudy's, which happens to be the top lottery ticket seller in the entire state.

Additionally, the store has a drive-thru window for people to purchase tickets.
