HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Monday morning a judge ordered a former Rice University music instructor to have no contact with children under the age of 17.
50-year-old Dariusz Pawlas is accused of inappropriately touching a girl while giving her a piano lesson at his home in May.
Prosecutors say the girl was an 11-years-old at the time of the incident.

According to prosecutors, the girl's mother stepped outside for a phone call and that's when investigators say Pawlas put his hand down her pants.
Pawlas told investigators he gives lessons to 40 students.
Investigators say they range from first grade to seniors in high school.
The investigator asked Pawlas for a list of the names of all of the other students he gives lessons too.
When the officer asked Pawlas if there were another students that may need help. He said, "No."

Pawlas' attorney told the court that since Pawlas was charged, current and former students have called and asked Pawlas if he was still giving lessons. He said he didn't know at the advice of his attorney.
After Monday's court appearance neither Pawlas nor his attorney would comment.
Pawlas is out on $30,000 bond.
