Commonwealth Elementary principal kisses a reindeer to encourage kindness in school

SUGAR LAND, Texas (KTRK) -- Oh Deer! The principal at Commonwealth Elementary School in Sugar Land kissed a reindeer in front of the assembled student body to fulfill a wager.

Students have formed a "Smile Squad," aimed at encouraging kindness in school.

Principal Dr. Latecha Bogle had promised to bring a reindeer, more likely, a caribou to school and kiss it if every student completed a random acts of kindness and submitted it to the "Smile Squad."
