ABC13 hosts virtual job fair featuring more than 2,000 jobs
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- ABC13 partnered with Workforce Solutions Thursday to host a virtual job fair, where job seekers could learn about more than 2,000 openings.
Many of these jobs are immediate hire positions, meaning you could have an interview in days.
The half-hour event happens weekly at 11:30 a.m. During that time, recruiters take calls, emails, and applications and line up prospective candidates with interviews.

Have your resume ready, or you can create a free profile on the state's jobs website, Work in Texas.
Jobs are available around the Houston area, including hundreds of summer-related positions at area waterparks, pools, and restaurants. There are also dozens of jobs specifically geared for veterans.
The pay ranges from $7.25 to $30 an hour. Some positions even pay $70,000 a year.
