Multi-vehicle accident slows traffic on North Fwy at Parker Road

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A multi-vehicle accident has shut down all but one lane of the North Freeway inbound at Parker Road.

Traffic is tied up as a result of the accident, causing commuters to slow to a crawl. ABC13 traffic reporter Katherine Whaley says you will want to take the Hardy Toll Road as an alternate route.
