Pad Thai: Stir-fried rice noodles with chicken and shrimp
- 3pc shrimp
- 3oz sliced chicken
- 1oz tofu
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp pickle relish,
- 4 oz rice noodle,
- 3 oz fish sauce,
- 1 tsp sugar,
- 1 oz vinegar
- 2 tsp peanuts,
- 1 cup bean sprouts,

- 2 oz garlic chive
-1 pc lime

Cook and stir in skillet over medium heat.
