This happened at the Del Mar Apartments on the Gulf Freeway near Hartsook.
Neighbors reported hearing gunfire. They then saw two men and a woman running from a neighbor's apartment.
Police arrived and found a man tied up with a gunshot wound to his neck. He's in serious condition. Officers also found the man's 7-year old daughter in the apartment. She was not hurt.
Police have no motive for the shooting and no suspects.
