Ocean's Cabaret is on the Gulf Freeway near Galveston. A few months ago, the owner added pictures of scantily clad women to his billboard. At least one mother is now complaining, saying she has to drive by it all the time with her six-year-old daughter.
But the business owner is not doing anything illegal.
"If you are somebody who doesn't like my sign or my place, you don't have to look at my place," said owner Dimitrias Maneos. "Turn your head the other way and leave me alone."
The club owner also says the sign brings in business.
