It happened around 1:30am on Old Greens Road and East Hardy.
Authorities say the driver failed to make a sharp left turn and crashed through a guardrail into a concrete overpass.
According to investigators, the driver was ejected from his vehicle and died at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
