HOUSTON

The 24-year-old is charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury in the shooting of 4-year-old Isaiah Nicholas last weekend. Police say Hall and his girlfriend were arguing outside a home when he pulled out a gun and fired it several times at the house as she walked inside.

Nicholas was hit in the head. He remains in the hospital.

In court Thursday, the judge raised Hall's bond to $65,000.
