According to court documents, police were called to a bar in Webster to check out a report of a man passed out in a vehicle, when they found Christopher Moen. Police say Moen told them an arrest would be bad for his career, then claimed to be a reserve police officer in Pearland and a certified peace officer.
Authorities also recovered a badge. Moen is charged with impersonating a public servant.
