Conroe ISD warns of suspicious man approaching students

CONROE, TX CISD police say a man between 40 and 50 years old drove up to Caney Creek High School asking if anyone needed a ride. It is reported that he did this several times in different areas of the parking lot.

Investigators say he has white hair, wore glasses and drives a red pickup truck. He had a white and tan dog in the cab of the truck. The dog was described as either a pit bull or boxer.

During the last school year, the district received 20 reports of similar problems.

School officials sent a letter to parents asking families to report any unusual activity.
