Obama to meet with troops in Fort Bliss

The official, who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of
anonymity because he wasn't authorized to speak about it publicly,
says the president will speak to the troops on Tuesday. He will
return to Washington that day to deliver a televised address about
Iraq, the official said.
