Two women shot in NW Harris County

HOUSTON Precinct 4 constables were called to a home near the Bridgestone lake subdivision, where they found two women who'd been shot in the chest during a domestic dispute. Both women are both expected to recover.

Authorities say they had not answered any previous domestic violence calls at the house.

"At this time, it is still under investigation," said Harris County Constable Pct. 4 Lt. Ronnie Glaze. "It's not clear what started the domestic disturbance. We just know it's a fight between family members."

Deputies used a K-9 unit and found the suspected shooter in a nearby home. He's now facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
