Conroe man jailed for 'car surfing' accident
CONROE, TX
Blaze Benson was arrested over Labor Day weekend last year during a no refusal crackdown on drunk drivers. He pleaded guilty Friday to misdemeanor intoxication assault. Benson admitted he was behind the wheel of an SUV when his friend climbed on the roof and then fell off, fracturing his skull.
