Traffic stop turns into wild chase

HOUSTON Authorities say they started chasing when the driver wouldn't pull over for a suspended license and expired plates. Speeds hit near 100 miles per hour and cops used spikes to get the driver to stop.

A female and male in the car were both taken into custody.
