New photos in case of Pearland kidnapping

HOUSTON [AUDIO: Hear the 911 call from after the alleged abduction]

The Brazoria County Sheriff's Department released new information in the hope that it will spark some new leads in the case. The photos are NASA-enhanced images that authorities received. The photos show the vehicle of /*DeJesus*/ with a man driving it at the drive-through of a Whataburger on Bellfort in the early morning hours of February 3. DeJesus disappeared the night of February 2.

Authorities believe the man driving is alone in the vehicle. They say they see no signs of DeJesus in the SUV.

Officials also pointed out that the man reaches in with his right hand when ordering food, and is careful not to use his left hand. That leads investigators to believe that perhaps he has some kind of marking or tattoo on his left hand or arm and he is trying t hide it.

It's been three weeks since DeJesus vanished. The 37-year-old was leaving work when a co-worker witnessed the kidnapping. Investigators are hoping that by showing these pictures, someone will come forward with some new information, as tips to authorities have slowed down.

"(With) this additional $10,000 ... bringing (the reward money) to $27,500 and these images, I'm hoping that someone will come up with a good lead," explained Captain Chris Kincheloe with the Brazoria County Sheriff's office.

DeJesus' employer has kicked in the additional $10,000 in reward money.

At this point, officials are still hopeful that DeJesus is still alive because there has been no information to indicate otherwise.
