Paint shop facility in Tomball catches fire
An automotive paint facility in Tomball caught fire on Monday afternoon.

TOMBALL, Texas (KTRK) -- One person was injured in a two-alarm fire at an automotive paint shop in Tomball on Monday afternoon.

The injured person, an employee at the shop, was taken to the hospital with burns.

The fire erupted in the 820 block of South Persimmon at Lizzie.

Officials say there are chemicals inside the building but have not ordered any evacuations. South Persimmon is closed in both directions as the investigation continues.

Crews on the scene are dealing with a limited water supply.
