Cadillac completely submerged near White Oak Bayou in Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston and surrounding areas are in the middle of an unprecedented flooding emergency as Tropical Storm Harvey spun deeper into Texas on Sunday morning.

Crews had to perform a water rescue at Houston Ave. near White Oak Bayou, and the Cadillac is now completely under water.
