A Baytown woman allegedly "harassed, tormented, and embarrassed" a registered sex offender and his family by posting about them "over and over" on social media sites, investigators said.
The judge noted the need to "protect the public interest and public safety" while setting Dalton Eatherly's bond at $1.25 million.
