R.J. Adelman killed in auto-pedestrian accident in downtown Houston

Richard "'R.J." Adelman, son of former NBA coach Rick Adelman, was killed in an auto-pedestrian accident in downtown Houston on Feb. 2 by a minivan. Adelman, 44, was not using a crosswalk to cross the street when he was struck and killed.
