Nestlé will cut around 16,000 jobs worldwide over the next two years as it works to slash costs, including through automation, the world's largest food company said Thursday.
Nestle said the coloring from their new pink Kit Kat bars are natural and come from the ruby cocoa beans used to produce the chocolate.
Swiss food and drink giant Nestle is selling its U.S. candy business to Italy's Ferrero for about $2.8 billion in cash. Ferrero will take over iconic chocolate brands Butterfinger and Crunch bars, as well as the sugary Nerds, SweeTarts and FunDip.
The recall affects Nestle Drumstick Club 16-count variety pack, and 24-count Vanilla pack.
