Texans place C.J. Fiedorowicz, Bruce Ellington on IR

Texans tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz suffered his third concussion since training camp Sunday against Tennessee. He was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, along with wide receiver Bruce Ellington, who has a hamstring injury.
