A dramatic collision between a windsurfer and a gray whale on the San Francisco Bay is now raising questions about marine safety.
Marine scientists are performing necropsy on a dead sperm whale to try and determine how it died. The endangered species was discovered along a popular beach in Pacifica yesterday.
