Rob Manfred says he's 'absolutely confident' balls aren't juiced

Commissioner Rob Manfred said he is "absolutely confident" the balls being used in MLB games are not juiced, saying it "doesn't make a lot of sense" to make that claim based solely on the eight homers hit in Game 2 of the World Series.
