Newly released surveillance footage shows the moment a customer takes on an armed robber at a Northwest Fresno Starbucks. It happened just after 5:30 p.m. near Herndon and Golden State Thursday.
Police arrested Jonathan Guizar, 19, and Isaac Razo, 17, Sunday morning. Detectives identified Razo as the boyfriend of 20-year-old Amber Baker before her death and Guizar may have witnessed the shooting.
