A 4-year-old boy was attacked by a coyote while standing in his grandmother's driveway - and it was all caught on video.
Officials said they found the coyote, and it's a good thing they did because one neighbor said he witnessed the wild animal lock eyes with another child outside an elementary school.
The coyote was "accidentally taken home by a (Massachusetts) family after they mistakenly identified him as a lost puppy."
The wild animal may have wanted to join students in class on their first day back to school, but fortunately his name was not on the teacher's roster.
"My dog would do anything for our family," the girl's mother said.
Stay alert, Rice students and staff! Officials say the coyotes have been caught roaming several parts of campus.
