Big Ten: Michigan State-Nebraska refs handled out-of-bounds play right

The Big Ten said Sunday that on-field and replay officials properly handled the ruling on Nebraska's game-winning touchdown in the Cornhuskers' 39-38 victory over Michigan State on Saturday.
