A look at the redevelopment project at Smither Park on the city's East End. The space has been transformed into a spot where local artists used their talents to make the once abandoned half-acre come to life. The park features recycled materials, like old china, jewelry and glass. It also has a grotto for community performances, a meditation garden and a pavilion.
