Winning design chosen in 2019 Big Tex boot contest

DALLAS, Texas (KTRK) -- The votes are in and a winning design has been chosen for the 'Big Tex' boot design contest.

Out of 300 entries, Katie Sauceda of Keller, Texas was announced as the winner of the design contest.

Big Tex will be sporting her design during this fall's State Fair of Texas.
