Tenants not getting mail after Northshore complex leaves boxes broken
Falls of Birchbrook tenants told ABC13 they haven't received their mail for more than a month as USPS refuses to deliver to the community with broken mailboxes, saying it's the apartment complex's responsibility to fix it.
