For the first time, the City of Killeen, Texas, released dash cam video from the night the man accused of killing Fort Hood soldier Vanessa Guillen took his life.
A new study finds that females at these four U.S. bases face a greater risk of sexual assault and harassment than those at other posts.
Despite that message from the base where Vanessa Guillen was killed, one soldier said "there's no healing going around."
"Why hide this evidence?," asked the family's attorney. "Justice for Vanessa includes accountability, legislation and good public policy."
The flames towered high into the air in Killeen as it took several hours for firefighters get it under control.
Authorities in central Texas are investigating after an unarmed man was shot to death by a police officer, as the victim's family have called for his arrest.
