Richmond area man faces kidnapping, sexual assault charges

RICHMOND, TX -- A Richmond-area man faces five charges, ranging from Aggravated Kidnapping to Aggravated Sexual Assault after an incident that started at a residence in Kendleton.

At about 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a residence in the Rosenberg area. A woman told deputies that her daughter had been kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend, identified as Michael Solomon Jr., 27, of the Richmond area.

After assaulting and choking his ex-girlfriend at her residence in Kendleton, Solomon took the victim and her 2-year-old son to a residence in the Twin Oaks subdivision where Solomon sexually assaulted her.
