Man arrested after allegedly masturbating outside post office in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- A local man has been charged with indecent exposure after a woman found him allegedly masturbating inside his car in The Woodlands.

The woman found 34-year-old Allen Hill "touching himself" outside a post office. She reported the incident to the post office and the manager told Hill to leave.

Police were able to track him down and make an arrest.

Hill was taken to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Jail.
